Your ticket includes a coach to get you to and from Lotherton Hall. All you have to do is choose what time.

• When you buy your Summer Ball ticket you will be asked which coach you wish to catch. Coaches leave the Parkinson Steps at Leeds Uni at 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11pm
• If you are going to the Summer Ball as part of a large group, it is advisable to buy your tickets early so you can make sure the group is booked on to the same coach.
• Coaches back to Leeds start leaving Lotherton Hall from 12.30am onwards, dropping you back to Parkinson Steps. You do not have to book a place on a return coach.
• It is important that you catch the coach on which you are booked; otherwise you may have to wait a long time for the next available seat.
• Prior to the coaches leaving Parkinson Steps, The Terrace in association with Latin music night Juntos! will be hosting a Champagne Reception for all ball-goers (champagne not included in ticket price).
