- Buy your tickets early so you and your friends can choose which coach you would like to take up to Lotherton Hall
- Agree on a meeting point for you and your friends at the start of the evening's festivities
- Don't lose your ticket! The Summer Ball site has a strict maximum capacity. If you lose your ticket or it is stolen, we cannot issue you with a replacement as your ticket may be used by someone else to get into The Summer Ball.
- Keep checking www.leedssummerball.com and sign up for the online newsletter for information on competitions, updates and new offers as they are announced.
- There is plenty of space in the free cloakrooms for you to store something to keep you warm after all that disco dancing
- Remember this is a twelve hour event so ladies, choose your footwear wisely. Also bear in mind that on parts of The Summer Ball site, you may have to walk over grass to get to some of the seating areas
- Should you require a suit for the evening, you can hire one from Burton. Visit their store on Briggate in Leeds city centre or go to the Riley Smith Hall during the first 3 days of sale for a fitting.
- Pre-order your wine! Save money and time at the bar! We are offering a wine pre-ordering service through www.leedssummerball.com, CATS and from all of the Union's bars. There will be a speed-service bar at the Ball specifically for picking up pre-ordered wine, meaning that you won't have to queue once you get to the Ball. The pre-ordering service will be launched as tickets are released.
